A favorite in my household is Dirty Rice Stuffed Peppers Louisiana Style. I have fond memories of my mom cooking this often. Everyone in the family loved it and today my husband and myself enjoy them as well. For all of the busy moms out there, this one is quick and easy.
In short, anyone that knows me well, knows that I like most foods. I am willing to try “almost” any foods. Well to share a short story with you, my mom use to make different dishes weekly. In spite of this, we all loved whatever she cooked. She was a great cook and always in the kitchen. Due to the fact that we had 5 people in our family, she would try different dishes often to find the ONE That We All liked…this was always a hit and we came back for more every time she cooked it.
